About the Role
QuiverAI helps creative teams move from idea to output faster. We are looking for a Product Designer who can understand users deeply, identify the right product opportunities, and help shape what we build next.
You will work closely with research and engineering to define how new creative tools should feel in practice.
Our core team is in San Francisco, and we also hire remotely across the United States and Europe. We are especially excited to meet candidates who want to work closely with the team in San Francisco, while staying open to exceptional people across supported locations.
What You Will Do
- Lead discovery across core workflows, from first use to advanced usage.
- Run research, synthesize patterns, and turn insights into clear product direction.
- Explore where Arrow can unlock new workflows and product opportunities.
- Design end-to-end experiences and detailed flows that are ready to build.
- Work closely with Design Engineers and Product Engineers through launch and iteration.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years designing shipped software products.
- Strong product thinking and user research fundamentals.
- Clear communication in your work, rationale, and tradeoffs.
- Strong instincts for turning user behavior into clear feature direction.
- Comfortable making decisions quickly and refining them with engineering partners.
- Energized by a small team, ambitious product scope, and a high bar for quality.
- Experience designing AI-assisted or creative tooling workflows is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics-informed product iteration is a plus.
