About the Role
QuiverAI depends on reliable systems to serve teams running critical creative workflows. We are looking for a Platform Engineer focused on reliability who can improve uptime, strengthen service health, and keep the product dependable as we scale.
You will work closely across research, product, and design to turn strong technical ideas into dependable product outcomes.
Our core team is in San Francisco, and we also hire remotely across the United States and Europe. We are especially excited to meet candidates who want to work closely with the team in San Francisco, while staying open to exceptional people across supported locations.
What You Will Do
- Set, track, and improve SLOs and SLAs across key systems.
- Improve uptime, incident readiness, and recovery practices.
- Strengthen reliability of CI, deployment workflows, and test infrastructure.
- Build observability for build, deploy, and runtime health signals.
- Partner with enterprise-facing teams to support high-trust customer operations and reliability commitments.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in reliability, platform, SRE, or developer productivity roles.
- Strong systems thinking across CI pipelines, test systems, and production operations.
- Practical experience improving engineering reliability at scale.
- Ability to raise quality bars without slowing teams down.
- Experience operating with explicit uptime expectations, service objectives, and customer-facing reliability commitments.
- Motivated by high-ownership work where reliability is visible, measurable, and essential to customer trust.
- Experience with modern CI/CD systems and observability tooling is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade reliability expectations is a plus.
