About the Role

QuiverAI moves quickly on customer-facing product work. We are looking for Product Engineers who can build features end-to-end across frontend and backend, with strong product judgment and a focus on user-facing behavior.

You will work closely across research, product, and design to turn strong technical ideas into dependable product outcomes.

Our core team is in San Francisco, and we also hire remotely across the United States and Europe. We are especially excited to meet candidates who want to work closely with the team in San Francisco, while staying open to exceptional people across supported locations.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship customer-facing features from idea to production.
• Work across frontend and backend to deliver complete product experiences.
• Partner with design and product to scope, prototype, ship, and iterate quickly.
• Maintain a high bar across implementation, testing, rollout, and follow-up.
• Focus engineering effort on user value and product behavior, not just internal systems.
• Move comfortably between product decisions and implementation details when shaping a feature.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building and shipping production software products.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and practical full-stack ownership.
• Clear debugging habits and sound product judgment.
• Comfortable collaborating across product and engineering boundaries.
• Comfortable shipping both frontend and backend work when the product calls for it.
• Motivated by fast shipping, small teams, and accountability for product outcomes.
• Experience with modern TypeScript-based product stacks is a plus.
• Experience with realtime or streaming product behaviors is a plus.
