About the Role
QuiverAI helps creative teams move from idea to output faster. We are looking for an Account Executive who can help build our go-to-market motion, run the full sales cycle, and turn early customer demand into repeatable growth.
You will help bring a new category of design infrastructure to teams evaluating how AI fits into creative and product workflows.
Our core team is in San Francisco, and we also hire remotely across the United States and Europe. We are especially excited to meet candidates who want to work closely with the team in San Francisco, while staying open to exceptional people across supported locations.
What You Will Do
- Run the full sales cycle across mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Build relationships with design, product, and engineering leaders evaluating QuiverAI.
- Learn the product deeply enough to run strong demos and handle workflow and technical questions with confidence.
- Work with founders to shape early sales process, outbound strategy, and positioning.
- Turn customer conversations into better qualification, clearer messaging, and sharper product feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills in consultative sales.
- Comfortable building process and structure, not just following it.
- Clear communication, strong presentation instincts, and good judgment with technical buyers.
- Energized by ambitious scope, direct founder collaboration, and high ownership.
- Experience selling to design, creative, product, or developer teams is a plus.
- Experience at an early-stage startup is a plus.
- Background in design, engineering, or product is a plus.
- Experience with product-led growth motions is a plus.
