About the Role
We’re looking for a Design Engineer to join our Product team. You’ll blur the lines between design and engineering, shaping the user experience of our AI-powered design tools. In this role, you’ll build beautiful, performant interfaces that delight our users while collaborating closely with designers and engineers to ship polished features.

What You Will Do
- Design & Build Interfaces: Create user interfaces for our web-based design tools that are both beautiful and highly performant.
- Craft Interactions: Build interactive components and animations that make our product feel alive and delightful to use.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with designers and engineers to ship polished features from concept to production.
- Maintain Design Systems: Build and maintain our design system and component library to ensure consistency across the product.
- Prototype Rapidly: Create quick prototypes to explore new features and interactions before full implementation.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with React or similar frameworks
- Strong eye for design and meticulous attention to visual details
- Proficiency in TypeScript, CSS, and modern frontend tooling
- Experience building design tools, creative software, or complex UIs
- Portfolio demonstrating both design sensibility and technical implementation skills
- Experience with canvas, WebGL, or SVG manipulation is a plus
- Background in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) is a plus
- Familiarity with motion design and animation libraries is a plus
- Experience with design systems at scale is a plus
