Illegal Activities

• engage in financial scams or exploit product features for unwarranted benefits;
• circumvent any security measures, such as CAPTCHA verification; or
• attempt to override or circumvent safety filters or intentionally drive the model to act in a manner that contravenes our policies.

Child Safety

Users may not use the Service to:

• create, share, or promote sexually explicit material involving minors, content that exploits or sexualizes children, or age-inappropriate content targeting minors (such as sexual material, graphic violence, or obscenity);
• facilitate, promote, or engage in any form of child abuse; or
• contribute to cyberbullying or harassment, including by creating content that shames, humiliates, or threatens others.

Impersonation and Deceptive Practices

Users may not use the Service to:

• imitate or impersonate the likeness of another person (living or dead) without that person’s consent or the legal right to do so;
• deceive, harass, or harm others, including through unauthorized sexualization of their image or likeness; or
• mislead others about whether content was generated by AI.

Violent, Hateful, or Harassing Content

Users may not use the Service to:

• generate or promote violent threats, terrorism, or hateful content; or
• facilitate human trafficking, sexual violence, or other forms of exploitation.
